Calling all Neko Case fans. The emotive, erudite chanteuse is hauling her best musician friends and favorite side project, The New Pornographers (featuring the stellar lineup of Case plus AC Newman, Kathryn Calder, Todd Fancey, Blaine Thurier, John Collins, Joe Seiders and Simi Stone), to MASS MoCA for a Thursday night show — we feel so groovy about this one, we decided to make it a long weekend. Get with us! Tickets are still available, hot food and cold beer are at the ready, and our friends at The Porches Inn at MASS MoCA and Tourists are prepared to take you in. You deserve a long weekend too!
Warming us up will be the Massachusetts-based quintet Parsonsfield who are praised for making “the most jubilant and danceable indie roots music this side of the Carolinas” (NPR).
What to Expect
This show is general admission standing room only. The preferred ticket area is located at the front of the venue. Check out some art before the show! Our galleries are stacked with fresh exhibitions. Then decide on dinner.
