Take a trip to outer space with Quindar — Wilco’s Mikael Jorgensen and his art and music collaborator James Merle Thomas. The multimedia duo synchs electronic music with historical recordings and film, especially from NASA’s early manned missions. The results are mesmerizingly beautiful, and they packed the house at last summer’s Solid Sound.
Join us during the day for the museum’s annual Free Day, from 11am to 7pm.
