Flatpicker Michael Daves, who plays with the likes of Chris Thile, Steve Martin, and Tony Trischka, grew up playing bluegrass in that grand old tradition of staying up late and singing real loud. Now heralded as “a leading light of the New York bluegrass scene” (The New York Times), Daves is here with friends in tow, including Yonder Mountain String Band’s Jacob Jolliff.
