One of the true masters of the great New Orleans piano tradition, Henry Butler is a keyboard magician. A rollicking blend of jazz, Caribbean, pop, blues, and R&B flows effortlessly from his hands. The Crescent City is also the birthplace of the cocktail, and this very special evening of music and culture includes classic NOLA drinks served up by our friends at Small Batch America.

Before the show, ticket-holders are invited to join Small Batch America to sip a complimentary New Orleans-inspired cocktail, all while taking in an informal presentation about NOLA’s rich cocktail history, set to a classic Crescent City soundtrack.

The evening’s featured cocktails include a classic Sazerac and a non-alcoholic lemon verbena Henry Highball. Featured spirits include Hudson Whiskey, Cocktail & Sons, St. George Spirits. The cocktails are made with all-natural lemon verbena syrup from NOLA’s Cocktail & Sons + soda + twist of lime.

One complimentary cocktail per person, while supplies last.

What to Expect:
Seating at tables within the Hunter Center, our large black-box theater.

Planning on dinner before the show? Look no further than our museum café, serving dinner and snacks from 6:30-8:30pm. Lickety Split rolls out a fall menu of seasonal favorites including Vermont black bean burgers, Angus burgers, tasty paninis, quiche, and an array of fresh salads featuring field greens, goat cheese, and grilled pineapple, all priced at $10 or less.
