C.A.V.U.: James Turrell’s C.A.V.U. (Skyspace) is open during museum hours with no reservations required. Limited reservations for James Turrell: C.A.V.U. (Skyspace) at dawn and dusk are available on a rolling basis.

Laurie Anderson’s To the Moon no longer requires advance reservations, visitors will be attended to on a first come, first served basis. Please inquire at the exhibit about availability on the day of your visit. Please note: Kids must be 10 and older to experience the virtual reality work.
Technology doesn’t last forever and after seven years Laurie Anderson’s Chalkroom virtual reality experience will be retired. The room, which Anderson painted every inch of, will still be on view.
KIDSPACE
Kidspace, MASS MoCA’s child-centric gallery (that adults love!), is always free with no reservations required.
ENJOY MASS MoCA & NORTH ADAMS
Museum hours are Wednesday-Monday, 10am–5pm, and we hope you’ll make a day of it. Be sure to visit the other spots across our museum campus and don’t forget to walk downtown North Adams too: on the way, you’ll enjoy Downstreet Park, hosting Martin Puryear’s monumental Big Bling sculpture.
