• Yes, you can convert your admission ticket(s) towards the cost of an annual membership within 10 calendar days following your visit to MASS MoCA. Visit our box office before you leave the museum on the day of your visit to take advantage of this offer.

• Your membership is active and ready to use immediately on the day of purchase. Until you receive physical cards in the mail, feel free to reserve your tickets on-site with a photo ID or online using your membership account.

• Your membership will expire 12 months after your purchase. For an exact date, check the back of your membership card or log in to your online account here and visit the membership tab.

• We love when patrons want to share their love of MASS MoCA with others. To gift a membership, simply follow this link and choose the membership level you are interested in and complete the form below it.

• To renew your membership, follow this link to our membership renewal form. Be sure to use the same email that is linked to your current membership. This ensures that your transaction is processed as a renewal and maintains your giving history in one place. Thank you for your continued support!

• Our auto renewal program is currently unavailable. Please contact us if you have any questions.

• Please be aware that all membership sales are final,  non-refundable, and non-transferable. If you need to cancel your membership benefits, please reach out to us via email at members@massmoca.org or by phone at (413) 664-4481 x 5.

• Find the login button at the bottom of any page on our website. Ticket pages for events have a login button in the upper left hand corner. The first time you log in, simply request a password reset using the email address associated with your account, and set your password.

• To reserve member-exclusive pre-sale tickets, log into your account on the day of the pre-sale and select the event from our events page. A member price will be made available for purchase.

• To reserve member tickets online before your visit: first, log into your account. This will unlock the free member price type. Place these in your cart and check out. Be advised: if you placed tickets in your cart before logging in, these will not automatically convert into member tickets. Delete them from your cart; then navigate back to choose the free tickets.

• Your membership card(s) will arrive in the mail 2-3 weeks from the purchase date. Until then, please use your membership account online to reserve tickets or your email, printed receipt, or photo ID when you reserve tickets in person.

• No worries; stop by our box office with a photo ID and the box office staff will reserve tickets for you.

• Yes, you can use any MASS MoCA membership, at the Dual/Family level or higher, to visit the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York, NY. In addition, any membership at the Partner level and higher receive reciprocal admission at more than 400 museums nationwide, outside of 40 miles from MASS MoCA, through the Reciprocal Organization of Associated Museums (ROAM). Call before your visit to confirm your benefits, bring your ID, and don’t forget your MASS MoCA membership card or be prepared to login to your account for proof of an active membership. Participating venues are not required to grant benefits to visitors who forget their cards.

• To reserve your admission tickets with a library pass, please stop by our box office on the day of your visit and we will reserve the tickets for you. No online advance tickets are required.

• We do not currently have any discounted memberships. MASS MoCA offers admission discounts at the door for seniors, students, educators, and military personnel. Please contact the Box Office with any questions regarding admission.

• MASS MoCA memberships at ALL levels receive 10% discount at the MASS MoCA Gift Shop and Research & Development Store, 10% discount to Camp MASS MoCA registration, 10% discount on performing arts tickets, and never have to pay a ticketing fee.

• Membership admission benefits are non-transferable and do not apply toward group visits of any kind.
