Let your kids explore the museum galleries and dive into made-at-MASS-MoCA art activities during Solid Sound mini-camps. During these kids-only sessions, prepare to unlock the secrets of MASS MoCA’s exhibitions, fabricate art, and embrace creative genius.

The two-hour mini-camps are open to kids entering 1st through 5th grade. Camp drop-off happens in Kidspace and sessions are held on the third floor of Building 10 and in the galleries. Solid Sound admission is required to attend.

Art Ninjas learn the techniques of great art wizards. Explore Laurie Anderson’s magical exhibition, do spellbinding yoga, and create your own wand to activate silly slime.

Color
Saturday, June 24, 6-8pm
Bend your mind with light and color. We’ll investigate Nick Cave’s bright exhibition, play twister yoga, build lightning bugs, and make shaving cream prints.

Sunday, June 25, 3-5pm
Ready, set, action! In this camp, we will construct rainsticks, play improv games, and visit Gunnar Schonbeck’s exhibition to play instruments.
