New Zealand pop savant Kimbra mixes electronic beats with jazz, rock, and a killer R&B delivery that makes her an in-demand collaborator with the likes of Snoop Dogg and Gotye. Her music is boundaryless, with influences encompassing Prince, Björk, and Jeff Buckley. Kimbra’s Hunter Center concert will be a moment of ecstatic release to close the Time of Now weekend – a multidisciplinary, day-long exploration of the impact of technology on our ability to pay attention to the world around us.
