IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT GROUP VISITS
Buses must park in the parking lot behind the Big Y grocery store’s rear lot, located on Holden Street. Click here for a map.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide subsidies for buses, but, if you are in Massachusetts, your school may be eligible for a grant from the local Cultural Council. Download a fact sheet about the Big Yellow Schoolbus Program or fill out an online application.
The Brown Bag Café is available for groups who wish to bring their own lunches. Depending on the weather, seating at the Brown Bag Café is either inside, near the Kidspace gallery on the second floor, or outside, at our picnic tables.
Lickety Split (in MASS MoCA’s lobby) is pleased to provide healthy, affordable lunches, drinks, and desserts. Two business days’ advance notice is required for boxed lunches. There are also several other restaurants in North Adams that offer lunch options.
Reservations are made through the Education Department.
Help us make your visit go smoothly by downloading these guidelines and sharing them with the chaperones who will be accompanying your group.
Payment needs to be completed in one transaction in the form of cash, credit card, or check on the day of your visit. We do not require a deposit. Your group may be invoiced upon request.
