Moodswing Orchestra with TK Wonder

CANCELLED
Club B-10
$12 advance/ $16 day of show /$10 for students/10% discount for members
Member tickets are not available via the internet.

Due to Hurricane Sandy, we're sorry to say we’ve had to cancel this performance.

Ben Perowsky and the other members of the band are all based in New York and given the storm on Monday and Tuesday, they are unable to get out of the city with their equipment. We have spent the past few days working with the band on logistics, but ultimately the challenges were just too great. We apologize for cancelling last minute and appreciate your continued support.

Ben Perowsky, one of the most accomplished drummers of his generation, is able to move between jazz, experimental music, and cutting edge pop and rock. His Moodswing Orchestra carves a path between hypnotic grooves and body-shaking trances.

TK Wonder is a singer, rapper and songwriter who has supported such acts as Nas, Erykah Badu, Talib Kweli and opened for Sting, Justice, N.E.R.D, and The Prodigy, as a featured artist on Kiril Dzajkovski’s international summer tours.

Other collaborators include:
Jennifer Charles, Elysian Fields singer/musician who's also a quarter of the group Lovage (with MASS MoCA alum Kid Koala); Michael Blake, Canadian saxophonist; and David Baron (Lenny Kravitz' keyboardist).

“They mesmerize and thrill at the same time.” -The Boston Globe

Sponsored by the Hans & Kate Morris Fund for New Music.
